My name is Liana and I have been on a self-growth journey for over a decade. I have a certification in coaching, along with a rich background in the corporate sector. I'm also a single mother of 2 teenagers, and I love to travel, dance, and hike.
My Journey has led met to live my life with intention and without regret. My path has not been linear, but it definitely has been rewarding.
One of my core believes and guiding principles is compassion, which must start with self. I believe that everyone deserves happiness and fulfillment, everyone deserves the life they desire. And it gives me joy to help people break free from their limiting beliefs and reach their true potential.
